Hi-Lo Aerobics, Step Aerobics, HIIT, Strength Training, Dance Fitness/Zumba, X-Fit, Metabolics, Body Flex, Circuit Training & Basic Yoga. Led by a certified instructor, experience a diverse workout routine each day, 5 days a week!


Class Details:

  • Time: 6:15 PM - 7:15 PM, Monday to Friday (No classes on institute holidays)
  • Fee: Rs 1500/month

What You’ll Get:

  • A balanced blend of high-intensity cardio, strength training, and flexibility exercises to help you get fit.
  • Burn fat, tone muscles, and improve stamina with fun, engaging routines.

Weekly Schedule:

  • Monday: Hi-Lo Aerobics/Step Aerobics/Core Workouts
  • Tuesday: HIIT/Kickboxing/Metabolics
  • Wednesday: Strength Training/X-Fit/Body Flex
  • Thursday: Zumba/Dance Fitness
  • Friday: Circuit Training & Fun Fitness Games
